I always book my own trips…Why do I need a travel agency?
We offer unparalleled benefits compared to online booking platforms like Expedia or Costco Travel. With personalized attention and expertise, we handle all the details of your trip, ensuring a stress-free and memorable journey. Our extensive industry network allows us to secure exclusive perks (complimentary upgrades, daily breakfast, etc.) and insider access that online platforms can't provide.
As your dedicated advocate, we provide ongoing support before, during, and after your trip. By booking with us, you gain access to our extensive knowledge and resources, making your trip extraordinary with insider tips and personalized advice.
Do you charge a fee?
We charge a Professional Services retainer. You are provided two options in our service program for flexibility:
Our Professional Services retainer is $150 (per room). This includes research, designing, consulting, and arrangements of your hotel or cruise only. You will receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation. You are given a maximum of 3 itinerary quotes to ensure we've met your needs and desires.
Our VIP Professional Services retainer is $250 (per room). This is for clients who need additional detailed guidance and support for their planning. With the VIP retainer, you will receive everything in the regular package plus: arranging of private transfers and excursions, access to a mobile travel app for your itineraries and electronic travel documents, & extended support from us for questions and follow up through your departure.
Flights if accompanied by land/cruise accommodations can be booked for an additional $50 per person. This retainer enables us to dedicate the necessary time and expertise to find the best flight options, monitor flights for any changes or cancellations, and proactively assist our clients in rebooking or making alternative arrangements when needed. We prioritize our clients' peace of mind by keeping a watchful eye on their flights and ensuring that they receive timely updates and support throughout their journey.
Our Groups (5 people or more) Professional Services retainer starts at $400
Depending on how many destinations with the trip, FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) retainers start at $350
Professional Services retainers are charged once you have selected your option. Retainers are non-refundable.

Do I really need to get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is essential to protect yourself and your investment when going on a trip. First, it provides coverage for unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, delays, or interruptions, offering financial protection against potential losses. Second, travel insurance includes medical coverage, ensuring that you have access to medical care and assistance while traveling, especially in unfamiliar destinations where healthcare costs could be expensive. Last, it also provides peace of mind, allowing you to travel with confidence knowing that you have a safety net in case of any unexpected events that may occur.
